    Edgar Lake Outpost Cabins
A housekeeping outpost alternative to Kesagami Wilderness Lodge

Let 'em go ! Kesagami Wilderness Lodge has recently opened their Edgar Lake Outpost Camp. This productive lake lay dormant and un-fished for a number of years. Now, we are pleased to announce that the Edgar Lake Outpost is available, but for a very limited season - just four (4) weeks in prime time. Anglers looking for Kesagami-quality fishing, but with a greater sense of self-reliance and remoteness, should consider a trip to the Edgar Lake Outpost Camp.
Fishing at Edgar Lake

Edgar Lake is a 6 mile long x 1-mile wide lake offering excellent "catch & release" fishing for trophy northern pike and walleyes. The lake features clear to stained water averaging 10 feet in depth (with deep holes to 36 ft.).

Fishing pressure over the past several years has been minimal, and very few guests have used the camp and fished Edgar Lake. Accordingly, we anticipate some great fishing experiences for guests staying at the camp during the coming season.

Kesagami Lake is no longer accessible from Edgar Lake.
