Reservations

A $500 deposit per person is required to confirm your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable after March 1 (unless the lodge can re-book). All cancellations are subject to a $100 administration fee per person. Personal checks are accepted for deposits only. A reservation cannot be held without the proper deposit. Balance of payment is due at Kesagami Lodge and is payable in cash, travellers checks, money order, or VISA. US guests can also use MasterCard or American Express. Sorry, we cannot accept Canadian American Express cards. Upon booking, a video and information package will be mailed out.

Baggage Limits

You are allowed a total of 50lbs per person as part of your trip package. If you find it necessary to bring additional gear, we will fly it in at $1.50 (CDN) per pound. We will make every effort to fly your allowed weight plus your excess together. If you have substantial extra gear it may be necessary to reconfigure the flights to get everyone and all of their gear in and out of the lodge in the most efficient way. For safety reasons, and to abide by Transport Canada regulations, we cannot and will not overload the airplanes.
	Luggage & gear weight allowance is 50 lb. per person for Kesagami Wilderness Lodge guests. Overweight baggage can be flown in @ $1.50 (CDN) per pound each way. Canned beverages not within the weight allowance are flown in @ $ 25 (CDN) per case. Return to options

Disclaimers

Kesagami Wilderness Lodge will not be responsible for any lost fishing time or additional expenses for food, lodging, or airline fees incurred as a result of delay or cancellation of any part of the flight due to situations and events not within Kesagami Wilderness Lodge's control, including lightning, inclement weather, fire or other acts of the elements, unreliability of equipment, or the failure of suppliers to meet their contracts or promises.
